AI FOR HER Issue #20
I may sound like a broken record here, but the data shows again and again that women hesitate when it comes to AI. And this week, a piece of the puzzle finally snapped into place for me.
Women don't view AI as psychologically safe.
Which makes complete sense. Because the data also shows, again and again, that these tools built by mediocre men are full of bias, sexism, and outright violence against women. So it's no wonder we don't feel safe using them.
That's exactly why I created AI For Her.
Not with AI as the destination, but as the point of leverage. The thing that finally lets you create more while doing less, so your time goes back to you.
The first step? My brand new Off Your Plate workshop.
Enrollment is now open π
Building a brand new offer in real time, in public, still gives me butterflies π¦ (despite running businesses since 2008). It's vulnerable to put something out there when there's no guarantee anyone will want it π
The most exciting part? 3 people are already in for this workshop before the public cart even opened π₯ Which tells me AI For Her is onto something.
I am on a mission to make AI accessible to every female founder who is tired of doing everything manually. And not just accessible, but to create the space where it actually feels safe to learn, to fail, to grow, and to ultimately build a freedom-based business that you love.
Learn more about Off Your Plate here and join me live March 18.
xx
Emily

π The Real Reason Women Are Falling Behind in AI
The Data Shows: Itβs Lack Of Psychological Safety.
Itβs no secret that women are lagging behind men in AI adoption. But the problem was never a gap in skills.
Itβs not even the usual hits: ethical concerns, environmental impact, or guilt.
According to Startups Magazine the problem is a lack of emotional infrastructure.

It's not even the usual hits: ethical concerns, environmental impact, or guilt.
According to Startups Magazine, the problem is a lack of emotional infrastructure.
Harvard Business School tested this directly. They gave women entrepreneurs explicit access to ChatGPT and removed the knowledge barrier entirely. Women were still 13% less likely to try the tool.
Only 38% of junior women in technical roles recognize reskilling in AI as critical to their future job success, compared to 53% of their male counterparts β because they're not in the rooms where AI strategy gets decided.
They're being trained. They're not being included.
"Access to a tool and feeling psychologically safe enough to use it are two entirely different things."

Turn AI Into Your Hardest Working Hire

You already use AI. But you're still doing your tasks manually.
That's not an AI problem. That's a leverage problem β and it's the reason you're still doing $15/hour tasks with a $500/hour brain.
Without knowing what to hand off and in what order AI becomes another shiny tool that adds to your plate instead of taking from it.
Off Your Plate is the 90-minute live workshop where that changes.
You'll finally see where your business is bleeding time, money, and energy, and leave knowing exactly what to hand off to AI first.
That's when AI stops being one more thing you manage β and starts being the one who manages it for you.
This is not for the woman who needs to be convinced AI is worth it.
Itβs for the woman who's ready to graduate from using AI as "thought partner" to "take the work off my plate."
