I've been deep in market research mode, speaking to as many female-led businesses as I can. And one thing is incredibly clear: even with equal access to AI tools, women still take on a disproportionate amount of unpaid labor.

That tendency to work hard, hustle, and wear all the hats means you're working 10x harder than you need to.
